What Are The Delivery Methods You Offer?

What Are The Delivery Times And Costs?

Currently, we deliver for $3.50 in UK. The charges for the rest of the world $11.95 may vary so email us if you need a specific quote. For delivery times, refer to our product pages to give you an indication; rest assured that we always try to get the shipment to you as soon as possible.

How Will I Know When My Order Has Been Shipped?

Oh you’ll know – mainly through the many emails we send you to keep you updated throughout your shopping journey! Once your item has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation together with your tracking number, to track every single move on the way to your doorstep.

Can I Check The Progress Of My Order?

Yes of course. We will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout your shopping journey. Alternatively you can login to your account to see an overview of your orders and their current status. Please note that we can only start processing your order after your payment has been confirmed and verified.

Can I Collect My Order From A Store?

Unfortunately we don’t have a store presence but don’t fret, we’ve partnered with the best delivery teams in the world to ensure your parcel arrives safe and sound!

What Is Your Return & Refund Policy?

You can return your item within 14 days upon receiving. Like a normal store return, the item will have to be in its original condition return it to us with a recorder delivery method. We don’t take any responsibility for lost and damage.

How Do I Return An Item?

What If I Receive A Damaged Or Faulty Item?

Well we’re sorry if that ever happens to you. We do our best to prevent such a situation, but we can’t control the weather or any supernatural events. Please take a picture of the item and send it to us together with your order number and information from where we can pick up the item. We will immediately arrange for a replacement item or refund your money.

I Opened My Package And Realized This Isn’t What I Ordered. What Do I Do?

Weird things happen from time to time and this is one of them. If that’s the case, give us a call or send us an email together with your order number and information from where we can pick the item. We will immediately arrange for a replacement item or refund your money (unless you want to keep it if you like it even better). In this case we will be happy to adjust the pricing and refund/invoice the difference.

When Does The 14-Day Period Start For The Returns Period?

It’s only fair if it starts when you receive the product and we want to be anything but unfair.
