• Friends just bought a same style.
• Parents or spouses don’t like the frame.
• Roll your eyes in a complete circle to help the lens settle, then blink.
Refund Terms and Conditions:
• We do not refund for optician and shipping fees.
• Prescription lenses is non-refundable.
• The return/exchange policy is valid in the following steps:
Please contact our Customer Service within 3 business days from receiving your eyeglasses.
Returns the eyeglasses within 7 business days from receiving them.
Please provide the tracking number and reference code issued of the returned glasses to our Customer Service.
The returned eyeglasses must be complete with case and cleaning cloth.
• If the customer wants to change another frame, the difference will be charged.
• Restocking fee may charge on progressive, bifocal and trifocal orders.
• Designer Frames will not accept return/exchange.
• Free Prescription Glasses and Special Deal will not accept return/exchange unless we cause prescription lenses mistake.
